Today I tested my fish recipe with a few production chefs at one of Purdues Dining Court. Everything went extremely well-with a few minor things that I would change if I had to do it all over again! I'm glad thats over with and on to the next project...does this process ever end?
Jake made chicken cordon bleu tonight for dinner and I must say that he is a really good cook! He even breaded the chicken-with cracker crumbs-which I thought was funny since we had some shake and bake crumbs in the cabinet! I think hes over his cold for good now and feeling much better :)
Biggest Loser is on tonight, so I've got to get some work done before then & Ellens calling me!
